In CNAI there are 4 user roles as follows:

 

  1. Member - billing providers, only have access to their work in CNAI.
  2. Supervisor – access to the work of Members assigned to them in CNAI as Supervisees;  no access to metrics / reporting (however, there is a pending enhancement request to provide them access to their Supervisees CNAI metrics/reports.)
  3. Manager – add/ remove CNAI users and assign their Supervisor (their Supervisor must also be set up as a Supervisor role in CNAI); can share any Member that they need to research and assist/support, e.g. see Member session transcripts. Tip: manager should remove that Member once research is complete. Currently no access to metrics / reporting (however, there is an enhancement in the works to provide them access to their Supervisees CNAI metrics/reports.)
  4. Admin – everything above, plus can configure activity templates with CNAI, and can see reports / metrics for all Members.

 

Sheryl, Manar, Erica, Mercedes, and Mercedes are all Manager roles; Steve and I are Admin’s.
