For SMS reminders to work
You just need 3 things:
 

  1. the text message # under the client data tab
  2. the activity template needs to be set to send sms reminder
  3. the activity needs to be tomorrow (I used 5/12/2023)

If you create a new activity, you will need to enable the setting for the activity image
