ALL EXYM USERS that view (including admins) the new Care Plan Problem Lists must get a SNOMED license. This is not a big deal, the user is only really attesting that they will not sell the lists, etc. Within 24-48 hours the user will get a verification that they have the license and can begin using the lists in Exym. Then every January the licensed user will get a survey from the NHI to complete, if they do not complete this survey every year, NHI will revoke their user license.
Users can obtain license with their SFVCMHC email or their personal email. Whichever one they use is the one that they will receive the annual survey to.
Exym will enforce a read only problem list if the user does not have the License by 8/1/22. So, if users do this after Aug 1st, you will have to open a ticket for SME or MIS to check the license box as follows:
If they get a license after 8/1 you go to Admin> Users > Edit Users
Pick your user then on the top tabs select Licensure. Towards the bottom you will see SNOMED CT License. Once that is checked it will make the Problem List Write access, if left unchecked it will be Read only access after 8/1. From now until 8/1 we will leave the functionality off until our customers catch up with getting their staff licensed.

If users have issues they should go to the NIH SNOMED help desk which is very responsive : https://support.nlm.nih.gov/support/create-case/
When will Exym enforce SNOMED CT Licensure? Exym is legally obligated to ensure that users interacting with the Problem List have their license information by August 1, 2022, or the Problem List will be read only access. Users will not be able to make edits until they have their license information.
