1. The client download report at the top of your home page includes all clients in the system, however, it is a snapshot from about 8am each day, so not real-time.
  2. The user download report at the top of your home page includes all clients in the system, however, it is a snapshot from about 8am each day, so not real-time.
  3. The Activities Download report at the top of your home page will give you only this Fiscal year, up until June 2022, after that you will not get the full fiscal year any longer. This is due to the size of the report. 
    • The alternative is this custom report: Reports>Custom>Export Activities Download - Alternative

        WARNING: Only run this in small batches by date, or you will get an error. So maybe run it only for 6 months at a time.
             This report includes ALL the activities data in your system, at the time you run it / real-time.
