Reports in Exym have different update timing, so you may see data differences for up to 25 hours.

All Activities report vs Note  Status report vs Home screen

The reason you're seeing the numbers are not the same because the All activities report is updated in real time when the notes are approved or in progress, but the Activities download report is updated nightly.  So if you compare these two reports, please sort by the status of the note and compare to see if they are exact the activities ID and dos so when you're comparing the data, this way you know you're looking at the same activity ID and dos.

Most likely you'll find the All activities report where the note is approved, but the activities download is still has in progress.

I ran the two reports All activities and note summary report, in progress has 14 for both of these reports. And the approved notes is 16 for both of these reports.

Also when you find the discrepancies on the reports, please run the reports and then send me the information that you find is not correct, this way I can look at the report that you ran and compare from there.  Otherwise when I run the report the note status is most likely changed by the time I reviewed your ticket.

The reason the home page doesn't match either reports because the Home Page reports productivity for activities for that time frame, invoiced or not. 

Since home page productivity includes minutes for activities that have not yet been invoiced, including notes to complete and notes pending approval and invoicing, it can and sometimes will report a different number than the other reports.
