to have the user's all activities co signed by the supervisor for approval when they are created.


if you need to have the user's activities to be co-signed by the supervisor, then the user has to be clinician 1 and 1 plus role, that way all the activities that the user is created will be routed to the supervisor for approval, unless if the activity is set up at the activity template level to bypass the Supervisor approval.

If the user role is clinician 2 then all the notes will be routed to the Manager for approval.

if the staff has the clinician 2 role, then the manager has to be assigned under the manager field
