To create an active login account for an existing user that was previously disabled.... use the following these steps:
1. Go to Admin -- Users -- Edit Users
2. Select Sean's user account.
3. Click the Access tab.
4. Click Create Login.
5. Set his role and password, making sure that the password meets these criteria.
Password Requirements:
* Cannot contain the user's account name
* Must be at least eight characters long
* Must contain characters from three of the following categories:
o Uppercase letters (A through Z)
o Lowercase letters (a through z)
o Numbers (0 through 9)
o Nonalphanumeric characters (!, $, %) -- DO NOT USE @ or #
6. Click Create Login
